SPC Flooring Dubai | 100% Waterproof Rigid-Core Planks From AED 65/m²

Our SPC flooring is made from limestone powder, PVC and stabilisers, compressed into a rigid core. A printed decor layer, transparent wear layer and UV-cured coating sit on top, with foam or cork backing underneath. This creates five layers in total. Since SPC contains no wood fibre, it does not swell when exposed to water.

Our SPC costs AED 65 to AED 125 per square metre for supply, depending on core thickness, wear layer, plank format and pattern. We quote installation separately after a free site measurement. That quote stays fixed and never changes once work begins.

Yes. SPC is 100% waterproof and never swells, warps or bends when water touches it. Wipe up standing water quickly to protect the subfloor underneath.

Yes. We install SPC over existing ceramic or porcelain tiles when they are clean, dry, level and in good condition. We fix loose tiles first and fill wider grout lines with levelling compound. This saves you the cost, dust and landlord approvals that tile removal needs.

Yes. SPC suits Dubai bathrooms because the core is waterproof and resists mould. We recommend 5mm minimum thickness and seal the perimeter and shower threshold with silicone. Avoid SPC inside the shower tray itself.

Most Dubai towers ask for acoustic compliance before they approve a floor change. Our acoustic-backed SPC carries pre-attached foam or cork that reduces impact sound, and we send the documentation with your quote so you can submit it to building management.

SPC flooring lasts 20 to 25 years in a home with normal care. Wear layer thickness drives lifespan far more than core thickness does.

Yes. SPC handles hot, humid climates well. It stays stable in Dubai’s high temperatures, resists moisture, and barely expands or shrinks when temperatures swing.

Yes. The wear layer takes daily foot traffic, pet claws and furniture without marking. Thicker wear layers last longer, so choose by traffic level. See our thickness guide above.

Yes. The rigid limestone core resists denting under normal household and office furniture. For very heavy items like wardrobes, safes or commercial shelving, put felt pads under the legs and lift rather than drag when you move them. On floating click-lock floors, avoid pinning the floor down along an entire wall so it can still expand slightly.

For Dubai, yes. Laminate uses a compressed wood core that swells permanently when wet, and nobody can repair it once that happens. SPC carries no wood, so it works in kitchens, bathrooms and hallways where laminate fails. Laminate still costs less for dry bedrooms.

SPC has a rigid limestone-PVC core. LVT has a flexible vinyl core. SPC resists dents better and hides minor subfloor unevenness. LVT feels softer and quieter underfoot but shows subfloor imperfections. Both are fully waterproof.

SPC uses a dense stone-plastic core. WPC uses a foamed wood-plastic core. SPC runs thinner, harder and more stable under heat. WPC runs thicker, softer and warmer underfoot. For Dubai interiors, heat stability usually decides it.

Yes. Our SPC releases low VOCs, self-extinguishes once the flame goes, and resists mould. The non-porous surface holds no dust, dander or mould, which makes it a safe choice for homes, offices and family spaces.

Yes. SPC works with underfloor heating up to a surface temperature of 27°C. We recommend glue-down installation over underfloor heating, because full bonding improves heat transfer and removes the movement a floating floor allows.

We offer a 15-years warranty on the wear layer. It covers delamination and manufacturing defects when a professional installs the floor. The warranty does not cover impact damage, standing water around unsealed edges, or damage caused by dragging furniture.

Sweep or vacuum your floor once a week, then mop it with a damp cloth and mild cleaner. Place mats at all doors to help keep Dubai sand off the floor. Use felt pads under furniture legs and lift heavy items instead of dragging them. Avoid steam mops, wax, polish, bleach and rough cleaning pads. Close blinds in rooms that receive strong sunlight throughout the day.
