On 19 August 2026, the Nova Floor team completed a light oak vinyl flooring installation for a modern apartment at Park Heights 1, Dubai Hills Estate. The client wanted to refresh the empty living area and give the space a warmer, cleaner and more welcoming appearance.
Understanding the Space
When our team first visited the apartment, the living room was spacious and filled with natural daylight. Large windows, neutral walls, beige curtains and a simple interior gave the room a modern feel, but the client wanted the flooring to bring more warmth and character to the space.
After discussing the requirements, we recommended light oak vinyl flooring. Its natural wood pattern and warm beige tone complemented the existing interior while maintaining the apartment’s clean and contemporary style.
Preparing the Floor
Before starting the installation, the Nova Floor team carefully inspected the existing surface and prepared it to provide a clean and suitable base for the new vinyl flooring.
We also checked the edges, corners and doorways before laying the planks. Since the living area was large and open, we carefully planned the plank direction to create a smooth and continuous appearance throughout the room.
