Warm Walnut Wooden Flooring Installation in jumeirah Dubai

Nova Floor team recently completed a Warm Walnut wooden flooring installation in an apartment in Jumeirah, Dubai. The owner wanted to change the old plain tile floor into something warmer and more stylish, so they called Nova Floor for help.

Checking the Space First

Before starting the work, the team walked through the apartment. They looked at the entrance area, the hallway, and the open living and dining space near the kitchen window. They took measurements of every corner so the wood planks could be cut and placed with a clean, exact fit.

The existing tile floor was in good, flat condition, so the team decided it could stay in place as a solid base. This saved time and mess, since there was no need to break or remove the old tiles.

Getting the Floor Ready

The team cleaned the tile floor properly to remove dust and dirt. Then they rolled out a thin underlay sheet on top of the tiles. This layer helps the new wood planks sit smoothly, adds a bit of comfort underfoot, and reduces sound when walking across the floor.

Laying the Warm Walnut Planks

With the underlay down, the installer began placing the Warm Walnut wood planks, starting near the entrance and working towards the dining and living area. Each plank was measured, cut to size, and gently tapped into place using a rubber mallet, so the joints between planks stayed tight and even.

The planks were laid in the same direction across the whole space, so the wood grain lined up nicely from the front door all the way through to the dining area. This gave the apartment one smooth, connected look instead of a broken-up floor.

The team worked carefully around the furniture that was already in the room, like the round dining table, chairs, and the sideboard along the wall, making sure the planks fit neatly around every edge and corner.

The Final Result

Once the installation was done, the plain old tile floor was completely gone from view, replaced by a warm, rich walnut wood floor. The entrance, hallway, and living and dining area now feel much warmer, more elegant, and more welcoming, matching the cozy style the owner wanted.
