Project Overview

When the owners of Villa 12 reached out to us, they had a simple wish. Flooring that looked warm and natural, but was also easy to maintain. Their home is located in Majestic Vistas, a quiet and green part of Dubai Hills Estate, so we knew the flooring had to match that calm, high-end feel.

Checking the Space

Before starting any work, we visited the villa. We checked the floor base, took proper measurements of each room, and studied how sunlight enters through the large glass doors. Based on this, we recommended a light oak tone laminate flooring and a natural wood-grain finish, laid in a straight pattern to suit the open, modern layout of the living and dining area.

Getting the Base Ready

We always start with a good base, that’s the secret to flooring that lasts. Nova Floor team cleared the old flooring area, made sure the surface was flat and dry, and added an underlayment to make the new floor more comfortable underfoot and reduce noise.

Installing the Laminate

Then came the main part, laying the laminate planks. We worked carefully, room by room, making sure every plank fit tightly with no gaps. We paid extra attention near doors, corners, and skirting boards so the finish looked clean and neat throughout.

The Final Result

Once we placed the last plank, Villa 12 had a completely fresh look. The light oak flooring brightens up the open living and dining space, works beautifully with the natural light from the garden-facing doors, and is simple to clean for everyday family life.
